New user introduction Step-by-Step


Table Service Costa Blanca is not only designed to improve communications between customers and staff, but also the management, and the kitchen.

How to find the Table Service App:
If you are reading this you have probably found the app.Hower the app is on Google - search Table Service Costa Blanca.

 

Table Service and Hotel Service app basically has two pages. One for Customers and one for each of the Restaurant Staff. The Restaurant Pages need Logins but all Customers have open acess to all Public Pages.

Before you start your Free Trial, you are advised to have a Laptop or Tablet (to use as "Restaurant") a Tablet (to use a Kitchen) a mobile phone or small hand held tablet (to use as Waitress) and a mobile phone (to use as "Customer")
All the devices should be connected to the establishments WiFi, and thus have access to the Internet and the Table Service app.

General Sequence for Customers:
Customers and Restaurant staff all need to start the trial app. From there Restauarant Customers choose "Restaurant", then select the "Restaurant", then select where they want the food delivered.
Then say where you are sitting (i.e. your table number).
The next screen is the option to use tranditional waitress service or order on line.
"Traditional" will send a "Visit Me" message to your table staff
"Order On Line" will send yo to your own personal customer screen. See Options.

General Sequence for Restaurant staff.
The sequence for the Restaurant staff is slightly different.

Option 1) Start the FREE app "Start Table Service", choose Restaurant, Hotel, Reviews. Start the Restaurant App and choose the Restaurant or Customer page. Next, all users (except customers) have to Login with their cridentials. "Login as Maneger" is always the first. At the Login page "Restaurant Manager Login" is always the first. Choose the FREE EXAMPLE APP and login as manager using your email and id.
After the manager has logged in AND opened the restaurant, then the other members of staff can login with their private PIN's

Option 2) At the "Manager Login Page", start your personal app, by choosing your Restaurant from the list, then login using your personal email and PIN. Now you have STARTED your personal version of the "Table Service App", you will see the company name, a backdrop picture of your establishment and a personalised Start button. Start your app. From the Restaurant laptop, using the browser search for "Table Service Costa Blanca".
Click on the link and you will see the introduction page.

Click on "Start using Table Service" and a normal software user license agreement page is shown. Click on "I Agree" 

Your next choice out of Restaurant, Hotel and Reviews is "Restaurant"
Don't bother setting up an account at this stage - we will use the free trial for now.


Click "Login as.." and choose "Manager". (the other options are not available)

On the next page you need to select the establishment you are "Managing".

At the top of the list, choose "Example Eating Place, with an email of tableservicecostablanca@yahoo.com and a Login ID of 1234567891
Thats it you are now on the Restaurant Orders page. 

This page is split into tabs to view each department in the Restaurant (i.e. Customers orders and messages to the Restaurant, The Kitchen, The Waiter/Waitress Table Service, The Customers Table, and finally the Bill page.


At this point you will see there are no Customer Orders and the Restaurant is Closed.


Click on the "Open Restaurant" button and you are now ready to receive customers orders. 

Next you are now going to be a "Customer"

Using your mobile phone, follow exactly the same steps, except when you get to the Login as.. page, you will see an option button "Customer"

Choose the establishment you are sitting in or are interested in, and what you want (e.g Food delivered to your table, food ordered to take away, etc)

If you want to have the food delivered to your door select "Home Delivery"

Click continue and if you are in the Restaurant enter your Table number. Press continue.

You now have a choice of using your Phone for communications, or Traditional Waitress service where your order will be taken by a waiter/waitress in the traditional way.

If you select phone you will see your Customer Menu page which also contains other facilities like viewing you Order(s) and Viewing your Bill.

The customers menu is split into Drinks, Starters, Mains, Deserts and Specials etc.

For simplicity, you can immediately jump to any part of the menu by using the "Go to.." button

Orders for drinks (with any customer requirements) will arrive at the service desk for attention by the waiter/waitress staff.

All other customer orders (with any customer requirements) are sent to the Orders desk to be checked by the Manager.
(e.g. maybe during the course of today, we have run out of Lamb Shanks
PS This can easily changed live, by marking the menu item as unavailable.

During your stay you will get tracker messages

Notes:

1) TSCB is currently set to Spanish Time.

2) TSCB assumes opening hours are 06.00 AM until 12.00 PM

3) Users may experience unexpected food entries on the trial version.
This is because the trial version is shared by all the trial users and will therefore not contain any private data.
This does not happen when the establishment is a registered and paid customer with their own secure login

4) Security. We operate two level security:

First level is your establishement name and email.

Second level is a unique 10 digit security code ensuring that only you can view confidential data.

In order for staff (Kitchen Chef, Waitresses) to login, the restaurant "Manager" will need to give the last 4 digits of the Key Code to staff requiring to login.
