Customer Reviews

The days of asking the customer "Did you enjoy your Meal/Stay? are over.
Why? because customers invariable lie to avoid confrontation.
However given the opportunity to comment after the event is usefull customer feedback, and should not be dismissed lightly.

If you own a Restaurant or Hotel, good customer reviews are regarded as key to running a successful busines. But how reliable are they? And knowing what you are doing wrong or what you could improve on means more business for you. Not knowing what your customers say about you is like sailing a ship without a compass.

But Customer Reviews can be fabricated by bloggers, or even worse, the owners or friends and families of the owners. Companies like Tripadviser, Trustpilot and Yelp take steps to reduce bogus reviews, but are not 100% successful. Facebook, and other Social Media sites allow anybody with an account to post a review (all you need is an account). The Table Service review system works and is accurate. Basically you must have actually been a customer and paid for the service (Restaurant or Hotel) to write a review.
