New user introduction Step-by-Step
Table Service Costa Blanca basically has two pages. One for the Customer and one for the Restaurant.
Before you start your Free Trial, you are advised to have a Laptop or Tablet (to
use as "Restaurant") a Tablet (to use a Kitchen) a mobile phone or small hand held tablet (to use as Waitress) and a mobile phone (to use as "Customer")
Click on "Start using Table Service" and a normal software user license agreement page is shown. Click on "I Agree"
Your next choice is "Restaurant" On the next page you need to select the establishment you are "Managing". At the top of the list, choose "Example Eating Place,
with an email of tableservicecostablanca@yahoo.com and a Login ID of 1234567891 This page is split into tabs to view each department in the Restaurant (i.e. Customers orders and messages to the Restaurant, The Kitchen, The Waiter/Waitress Table Service, The Customers Table, and finally the Bill page.
Next you are now going to be a "Customer" Using your mobile phone, follow exactly the same steps, except when you get to the Login as.. page, you will see an option button "Customer" Choose the establishment you are sitting in or are interested in, and what you want (e.g Food delivered to your table, food ordered to take away, etc) If you want to have the food delivered to your door select "Home Delivery" Click continue and if you are in the Restaurant enter your Table number. Press continue. You now have a choice of using your Phone for communications, or Traditional Waitress service where your order will be taken by a waiter/waitress in the traditional way. If you select phone you will see your Customer Menu page which also contains other facilities like viewing you Order(s) and Viewing your Bill.
The customers menu is split into Drinks, Starters, Mains, Deserts and Specials etc.
Orders for drinks (with any customer requirements) will arrive at the service desk for attention by the waiter/waitress staff.
All other customer orders (with any customer requirements) are sent to the Orders desk to be checked by the Manager. During your stay you will get tracker messages
Notes: 1) TSCB is currently set to Spanish Time. 2) TSCB assumes opening hours are 06.00 AM until 12.00 PM 3) Users may experience unexpected food entries on the trial version. 4) Security. We operate two level security: First level is your establishement name and email. Second level is a unique 10
digit security code ensuring that only you can view confidential data.
In order for staff (Kitchen Chef, Waitresses) to login, the restaurant "Manager" will need to give the last 4 digits of the Key Code to staff requiring to login.
