Selecting this button will send a message to the serving staff that you wish a visit from them to request a menu or you wish to order.
With this option, the staff visit your table as normal, but still use the customer ordering system and login as the customer at that table. They will have the facility to take the customers or and also if requested, print out a copy of the menu. When your food is ready they will serve it at your table. By choosing the Traditional Option, you can still interact with the Restaurant in the normal way but incur the drawbacks and time delays of traditional service. Note: Whether or not the customer opts for Tranditional Waitress Service, orders are still be logged by the table staff. 3) Special Offers:
Note:
Currently we are offering discounts on restaurant bills for loyal customers
Lets ask the question....
"Do you think giving your loyal customers a discount will increase or reduce your business ?"
The answer is obvious it wont reduce your business!
The next question is what discount should I give?"
Now this is where a bit of arithmetic is required. The percentage discount you give your loyal customers depends on your current profit margin.
Use our TP & L template to play with some figures. You will soon see the effect.
If in reality your discount figure is too high or too low, you have the option to change it.
