If you are at the end of
the day, you want to "Close" the restaurant, and you have
finished using the system for the day, then choose "Yes" (i.e.
also logout as manager).
However if the
restaurant closes during periods in the day (e.g. Siestas), and you want
perform some operations on the system (e.g. Print out some reports,
Modify menues etc) then choose "No" (i.e. Close the restaurant
to customers, but I still want to use the system.
This is important,
because you do not want "Home delivery" customers placing
orders when the restaurant is closed. When the restaurant is closed a "Closed" Icon appears on the customers page, thus preventing customer orders for home delivey
